Geist que rescata de la memoria a los brigadistas norteamericanos que lucharon en España durante la Guerra Civil con el bando republicano. En este documental interviene Bob Steck detenido el 9 de Abril de 1938,cerca del Río Ebro. Conducido más tarde a San Pedro de Cardeña el 14 de Abril,donde paso varios meses hasta su canje por prisioneros italianos fascistas en manos de la República. Fue uno de los diez últimos Americanos en abandonar San Pedro. Cruzo el puente de Santiago en Irún el 25 de Agosto de 1939.

Geist whom it rescues of the memory to the North American Brigaders that fought in Spain during the Civil War with the republican side. In this documentary take part Bob Steck arrested the 9 of April of 1938, near the Ebro River. Later lead San Pedro de Cardeña 14 April, where he was detained several months until its exchange by fascist Italian prisoners into the hands of the Republic. He was one of the ten last Americans in leaving San Pedro and they crossed the bridge of Santiago in Irún the 25 of August of 1939.
